Work related tension

Sedentary desk-based work and active physical work can place stress and tension on the body and lead to injury.

MENTAL
HEALTH

Massage has been proven to increase our ‘feel good’ chemicals Dopamine, Serotonin in the body and to reduce Cortisol levels.
It induces relaxation, relieves stress, aids sleep, improves mood, relieves anxiety, and promotes a sense of general well-being.
